It was a well-maintained hotel - I loved superbly friendly staff and brilliant location. Easy walk to a church and a castle. The breakfast was savoury and fine! Property was fairly clean and the service was fantastic.

Big and spotless hotel, location was ideal not far from restaurants, shopping and the Killarney National Park, the Killarney National Park and the centre of Killarney. Try excellent dishes served at the outdoor restaurant. I loved the room; it was bright with jacuzzi. Exceptional staff and attention to detail. Quick check-in & excellent service.

Room were welcoming, unique hotel. Variety of supplies in the room: electric outlets and buzzer. Exceptional service throughout too. Moreover, a shopping mall was 5 minutes' walk away.

Very competent staff, well-kept rooms, very tasty breakfast. Unbelievable location, all was wonderful. I found affordable The Mad Monk restaurant easy walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

The place turned out to be high value for money in comparison to other hotels. Unbeatable location and thoughtful service, the staff was enthusiastic. The room was newly furnished, and surprisingly big too. Plunge pool was great.

Huge room, fabulous staff and hot breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. The location was PRIME, at walking distance from kerry cliffs. Overall clean place and outstanding service. The whole experience was really enjoyable.

we dined at robs ranch house, that is just 1000 feet away. approximately a 15-minute walk from national park, which was a plus. we can't wait to go back, thank you. we loved the pool.
